 in-house gas fired furnace.

Local PWHT

 Setup of butt weld for pwht by means of
 wraparound 'Fleximat' heating element
 and insulating with ceramic fibre. Heat
 treatment centre provides power to heating
 elements, controls and record temperature
 through the use of inbuilt programmer,
 recorder working in conjunction with
 thermocouples attached on the weld.
